Our team just wrapped up an exciting program increment meeting last week on May 22-23 for the ORCHIDE project. We met physically in Paris at the Tarides HQ. As part of the PI we had a presentation for our advisory board members showcasing the advancements for the ORCHIDE software and demonstrating different functionalities which are working in our current simulated environment.

This has been a key knowledge sharing experience, with workshops organized by partners designed to familiarize ourselves with each other's components. Based on the constructive and well-rounded feedback, we will be working for the remainder of this work package to improve the development outcomes and make them easier to integrate.

We are excited to announce the successful completion of our latest Milestone Review, where the general architecture of our project was presented. This review marks a significant step in our development journey.

During the meeting, we have received invaluable feedback from our Advisory Board, whose expertise and guidance continue to shape our progress. Their constructive insights will be instrumental in refining our architecture and ensuring we meet our project goals with precision and innovation.

The first milestone meeting has taken place on 29 May 2024. It focused on the requirement review was a resounding success.

During the meeting, the project requirements were thoroughly reviewed and refined, ensuring they are comprehensive, clear, and aligned with project goals. Key stakeholders and the advisory board participated actively, contributing valuable insights and feedback that will undoubtedly strengthen the project foundation.

During the 5th and 6th of December 2023 we held our kickoff meeting for the ORCHIDE Project at the Thales Alenia Space site located in Toulouse.

All of the parties in the project consortium participated in two days of discussions and knowledge sharing. Together we planned the next steps towards the development of the project.

It was a packed event which laid the groundwork for the project. Each partner presented their zone of expertise, and what value they will add to the project. Management activities have been planed, epics and stories have been charted and designs have been made for the ORCHIDED solution.
